Signing in is the first step to accessing your account and managing your shop effectively. In this guide, we will walk you through the process of signing in, using different login methods, and recovering your password if needed.
To begin, navigate to the sign-in page by clicking on the "Sign In" button on the homepage.
We offer multiple ways to sign in for your convenience:
Enter your email address and password.
Click on the "Sign In" button.
Click on the "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Facebook" button.
You will be redirected to the respective login portal.
Approve the required permissions.
Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to your dashboard.
If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in page.
Enter your registered email address.
Click on "Reset Password".
Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.
Once signed in, you will be directed to your dashboard, where you can:
Create a Shop: Set up a new shop based on your selected plan.
Manage Profile: Update personal details, email, and password.
Upgrade Subscription: Switch to a higher-tier plan for additional features.
Access Shop Dashboard: Manage shop settings, products, and orders.
Set Up Shop Frontend: Customize your shop using the builder.
