How to Create a Staff Account in Orderain

Hello there, little shop owners! Today, we're going to learn how to add a new staff member to your online shop on Orderain. Just like how you need friends to play a game, you need staff to run a store. So, let's get started!

Step 1: Sign in to Your Account

First, you need to open the door to your store. Go to the Orderain website and type in your email and password. Click "Login" and you're in!

Step 2: Land on the Dashboard

Once you're inside, you'll see a place called the "Dashboard." It's like the control room of your store where you can see everything happening.

Step 3: Choose Your Shop

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your dashboard. This is like the control room for your online shop.

  1. Look for the “Shops” section on your dashboard.

  2. Find your shop's name in the list.

  3. Hover your mouse over your shop's name.

  4. Click on the “Dashboard” button that appears.

Step 4: Go to Your Shop's Dashboard

Now you're in your shop's control room. It's where you can make changes and see how your shop is doing.

On the left side of the screen, there's a list of things you can do. Look for a button that says "Staff Management" and click on it.
Step 5: Access the Staff Management Module

Now it's time to invite your new staff into the control room. This is where all your staff's information will be kept.
Once you're in the Staff Management section, you'll see a button with a plus sign and the words "Create Staff Member". Click on it to start the process of adding a new staff member.

Step 6: Enter the Staff Details

Fill in the required fields to complete your staff listing:

  • Their first name
  • Their last name
  • Their email address
  • What they can do in the store (we call these permissions)

Once you've filled in all the details, click on the button at the bottom that says "+ Add Staff Member." This will save your staff info.

Orderain will send an email to your staff. They'll need to open this email and follow the steps to set up their account.

And that's it! You've just learned how to add a new staff to your Orderain shop.

Step 7: Staff Member Can Access the Shop

Your staff member can now go to a staff website and log in with their new account. They're ready to help you with your store!
