    Welcome to Orderain! To begin creating a manual order, you'll first need to sign in to your Orderain account. Head over to the Orderain login page. Enter the email address and password associated with your Orderain shop.

    Click the 'Sign In' button. You'll be redirected to your main Orderain dashboard.

    Step 2: Access the Dashboard

    Once logged in, you'll land on your Orderain dashboard. This is your central hub for managing your shop.

    Step 3: Navigate to the Relevant Shop Dashboard

    If you manage multiple shops within Orderain, you'll need to select the specific shop for which you want to create the manual order. Under "All shops" section hover over the shop and click the dashboard button to navigated to the particular shop dashboard.

    Step 4: Access the Orders Section

    Now, let's get to the orders! On the left-hand navigation menu of your Orderain shop dashboard, locate the 'Orders' section. Click on it, and you'll see a dropdown menu with several options. We're going to use the “All Orders” button in the next step.

    Step 5: Initiate Manual Order Creation

    From the 'Orders' dropdown, click on 'All Orders'. This will take you to the page where all your shop's orders are listed. You'll see a comprehensive view of your order history. To create a new manual order, look for the '+Create Order' button, usually located in the top right corner of the page. Clicking this button will open the manual order creation form, where you'll input all the necessary details.

    Step 6: Product Selection

    In the 'Browse Products' section of the manual order form, you'll see a search field. Click on the field and a popup will appear where you can select multiple products, and once you have selected all the products, click on the “Select Products” button. After selection, the products will appear in the order creation form. You can adjust the quantity of each product by entering the desired number in the quantity field next to the product name."

    Step 7: Customer Selection

    Now, let's assign the order to a customer. In the 'Select Customer' section, you'll see a search field. Select the customer from the list. If you're creating an order for a new customer, click the 'Add New Customer' button. This will open a form where you can enter the customer's details. Once you've selected or created the customer, their information will be added to the order.

    Step 8: Payment Processing and Order Completion

    With the products and customer selected, move on to the 'Payment Info' section. Orderain will automatically populate the delivery address based on the customer's profile. If you have a coupon code to apply, enter it in the 'Coupon Code' field. Finally, click the 'Collect Payment' button to finalize the order. Once clicked, Orderain will process the order, and you'll be redirected to the order details page.

    Step 9: Order Review and Action

    After creating the manual order, you'll be taken to the order details page. Here, you can review all the order information, including products, customer details, and payment information. At the top of the page, you'll see options to 'Accept Order' or 'Reject Order'. If you're ready to proceed with the order, click 'Accept Order'. If there's an issue or you need to cancel the order, click 'Reject Order'. If you don't take any action, the order will remain in a 'Pending' status. Remember to regularly check your pending orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
