Product categories are hierarchical structures that group similar products together. For example, a clothing store might have main categories like "Men's," "Women's," and "Kids." Within each main category, there can be subcategories like "Shirts," "Pants," "Shoes," and so on.

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account
Sign in to your account using your registered credentials

Step 2: Access the Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll land on your Orderain dashboard. This is your central hub for managing your shops.

Step 3: Navigate to the Relevant Shop Dashboard
If you manage multiple shops within Orderain, you'll need to select the specific shop for which you want to create the manual order. Under "All shops" section hover over the shop and click the 'dashboard' button to navigated to the particular shop dashboard.

Step 4: Access the Categories Section
From the shop dashboard, click on the "My Products" dropdown in the left panel menu. In the expanded "My Products" menu, click on the "Categories" option. This will take you to the categories page.

Step 5: Add a New Sub-category
Locate the category for which you want to create a subcategory. Click on the 'action' menu button (usually represented by small down arrow) next to the category name.
In the expanded action menu, click on the "Add Sub-category" option.
- Subcategory Name: Give your subcategory a clear and descriptive name.
- Subcategory Image: Upload an image that represents the subcategory.

After entering the details, click on the "Add" button to save the new subcategory. The subcategory will be added and listed under the parent category.

To edit an existing sub-category, click on the 'Edit' button next to the sub-category name.
In the edit dialog box, you can modify the subcategory name and upload a new image. You can also change the parent category of the subcategory. Select the desired parent category from the list.

After making the changes, click on the "Edit" button. The sub-category will be moved to the new parent category with updated name and image.
